Dr Rebecca Roache

Dr Roache is a philosopher with wide-ranging interests encompassing both practical and theoretical philosophy, including topics at the intersection of philosophy and psychology, psychiatry, and medicine. Roache has BA and MA degrees in philosophy from the University of Leeds, and MPhil and PhD degrees from the University of Cambridge. Between 2006 and 2010 she was James Martin Research Fellow at Oxford's Future of Humanity Institute. After taking a career break to raise her two small children, she joined the Oxford Centre for Neuroethics in May 2013 before taking up a position at Royal Holloway, University of London in August 2014.
